Banana Drop Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe, peeled medium bananas
  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:
  • Oven Temperature: 375 degrees F
  • Baking Time: 12-15 minutes
  • Makes: 4 dozen
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper, or lightly grease.

Puree the bananas to make 1 cup; set aside. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt: set aside.

Cream together the butter and sugars. Beat in pureed bananas, eggs and vanilla.

Gradually beat the dry ingredients into the banana/egg mixture. Fold in peanut butter chips, nuts and raisins.

Drop by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
