Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

Each jar contains the following ...

Jar Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup chopped salted peanuts
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cups peanut butter chips

Recipe Card

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 egg, slightly beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 jar of Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

Instructions:

• Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F.
• Baking Time: 11-13 minutes
• Makes: 3-4 dozen

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and peanut butter together. Add egg and vanilla and blend well.

Blend in the Peanut Butter Cookie Mix to peanut butter/egg mixture.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
