Orange Slice Cookie Mix

Each jar contains the following ...

Jar Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups orange slice candies, quartered and wrapped in plastic wrap

Recipe Card

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup soft butter
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 jar of Orange Slice Cookie Mix

Instructions:

• Oven Temperature: 375 degrees F.
• Baking Time: 12-14 minutes
• Makes: 3-4 dozen

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and eggs together. Add vanilla.

Remove the orange slice candies from the jar and set aside.
Blend in the Orange Slice Cookie Mix to butter mixture. Stir in the orange slice candies.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
