Crunchy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix

Each jar contains the following ...

Jar Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 1/4 cup flaked coconut
• 1 cup crushed cornflakes
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspon baking soda
• 1 teaspon baking powder
• 1/2 cup quick-cut oatmeal

Recipe Card

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup soft butter
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 teaspon vanilla
• 1 jar of Crunchy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix

Instructions:

• Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F.
• Baking Time: 10-12 minutes
• Makes: 3-4 dozen

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease.

In a large bowl, cream the butter and eggs together. Add vanilla.

Blend in the Crunchy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix to butter mixture.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
